If your business has special needs, Shoeboxed can customize a package just for you.
Shoeboxed realizes that many companies have needs that are greater than the basic Mail-In package. If your business has a high volume of receipts or needs special services, Shoeboxed can customize a Mail-In package based on those needs. Business accounts include enhanced customer support and a personal contact at Shoeboxed, who can troubleshoot problems or take care of special needs that your business may have. Securing receipts
To keep the receipts secure online, Shoeboxed secures the connection between your internet browser and by Secure Socket Layer encryption, the same encryption used by online banks and medical information services. The company says its servers are secured against attacks and tested daily by HackerSafe, a third-party security service. It has been certified by TRUSTe, a nonprofit organization that promotes security practices on the internet. To ensure against hardware failure or natural disaster, servers are backed up at least every 24 hours to an undisclosed remote location.

When your receipts are in transit, they are subject to the security policies of the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier you use. Once Shoeboxed receives them, one of two authorized persons carries them directly to the company’s receipt-processing facilities. These two persons, who have undergone background checking like all other employees, hold the only keys to this room. Once your receipts are processed, they are repackaged into a new envelope and placed back in the mail. Visit
