Dear NAIFA Members,
We have just wrapped up our extraordinary NAIFA Performance + Purpose 2016 conference. I offer my sincere thanks to those of you who were able to join us in Las Vegas and help make it an unparalleled success. You experienced first-hand the event’s rejuvenated format, which we created based on what you told us were your priorities for the conference. I think you will agree that Performance + Purpose offered high quality motivational speeches, insightful educational workshops, terrific networking, opportunities to reconnect with friends, and a lot of fun. I hope you returned home to your businesses, clients and families as inspired and invigorated as I have.
I encourage everyone to take a few minutes to view the Performance + Purpose coverage on NAIFA’s Advisor Today Blog, the conference wrap-up page on the NAIFA web site, and a review of conference coverage by major industry publications.
I would also like to thank our sponsors and corporate partners who participated in Performance + Purpose 2016. Your support for NAIFA is crucial to the long-term success of our industry. Only together can we fend off legislation and regulations that threaten to hamper our ability to serve the American consumer. Your presence at Performance + Purpose demonstrates your strong commitment to NAIFA and to the advisor force that helps make the industry successful in serving the public.
For those of you who were unable to attend this year, I’d like to thank you for your NAIFA membership. It shows that you are dedicated to your clients and to your own professional success. I would encourage you to ask your colleagues who were at the conference about their experiences. Our new Performance + Purpose format offers something for every NAIFA member and your attendance would help you to get the very most out of your NAIFA membership. Next year promises to be even better. So whether you are a conference veteran or a first-timer, I look forward to seeing you in Orlando for Performance + Purpose 2017.
