COVID-19 is presenting us with new challenges each day. But no matter the crisis we are currently facing, it is up to all of us to handle it with optimism and kindness. The crisis is temporary but the lessons we are learning from it are lasting.
In addition to working with clients remotely, here are a few things you can do to stay positive while you are home-bound, courtesy of the folks from Enough Is Enough
• Complete projects on your “to-do” list •
Focus on personal and family health and wellness (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) Rethink your priorities, slow down, rest and count your blessings
• Stay connected with friends and colleagues while practicing responsible social distancing. • Offer to get groceries and needed items for those who are self- isolating or quarantined.
• Thank people who are serving on the front lines of this pandemic (doctors, nurses, and anyone else who has to interact with the public daily).
• Use Enough Is Enough’ s Random Posts of Kindness ,which include graphics and sayings to tweet, text, post and share on social media, as well as the ability to create customized posts. This is a free and easy opportunity to show an act of kindness
